This 1 hour long, 1-on-1 Foundations Class is where your journey begins. With emphasis on movement and lifting technique, we will teach you the basics, and get you prepared to attend classes!
Each Foundations Class is 1-on-1 with a Certified CrossFit Coach. The class includes; a tour of the gym, an explanation of equipment and instructions on use, an explanation of schedule/hours, instruction and setup of our BNA Branded APP, and includes a "Foundation Movements" assessment to address your mechanics with regard to mobility, lifting technique, range of motion, and fitness.
In Summary; You will know what to expect, how the gym operates, and where everything is so that when you walk in the gym you feel confident and ready!
